Returns/Exchange Policy
- Please e-mail simplybronze@telus.net to initiate a return/exchange
- Exchanges/ Store Credit are available up to 14 days after purchasing a product
- Refunds will only be offered for manufacturer defects
- Items must be in the condition received with the tags attached
- ALL SALE ITEMS (Discounted items), Body products including lotion, hats, sunglasses are final sale and cannot be returned
- Toques and hats are a final sale once they have left the store
- All swimwear products are final sale

In the case that merchandise is returned in poor condition and without the tags, we reserve the right to refuse future returns.
- All shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

- Delivery times are only estimates. Delays often occur if the package is crossing a border, or delivery falls during a holiday. We do not assume any responsibility for delivery times
